Specifications include, but are not limited to: A successful Proposer shall provide Forensic DNA Analysis of evidence related to criminal investigations in the State of Oregon. Contractor shall perform Services as described but not limited to those below: Conduct Forensic DNA Analysis of fired cartridge cases (spent shell casings); Conduct Forensic DNA Analysis of rootless hairs; Conduct Forensic DNA Analysis of DNA samples from known individuals (standards); Conduct Forensic DNA Analysis of other types of evidence; Conduct Rush Forensic DNA Analysis of submitted evidence upon request; Provide discovery materials requested by the court related to Forensic DNA analysis performed; and Provide testimony related to Forensic DNA Analysis performed. Provide additional Services (within the scope of the Master Services Agreement and it’s Exhibits and Attachments) as necessary to secure Agency resources and personnel, as requested and agreed to under an individual Work Order Contract.
