Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a Statewide Price Agreement for riparian, aquatic, and wetland restoration services and supporting activities to improve surface water quality, riparian areas, wetlands, and/or associated riparian habitats both instream and adjacent to surface waters. The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and other local public bodies, tribal governments, and other applicable entities intend to hire contractors, as needed, to perform services to support development of or complete riparian, aquatic, and wetland restoration projects or support long-term success of completed riparian, aquatic, and wetland restoration projects including monitoring or maintenance.
