Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Replace floodlights with LED lighting. • Replace lighting in the VIP seating area with LED lighting. • Implement drainage and irrigation on Stadium field with sand cap and new sod. • Replace the grass practice field with artificial turf or required drainage improvement to meet DPW storm water program. • Major renovation of the Stadium (West stands). • Add east stands to the Stadium. • Replace water heaters in locker rooms. • At entry way to the stands bring in soil and maintain proper drainage for water run off. • All Restrooms need to be brought up to ADA standards. • Concrete pad and fence per ordinance for dumpster. • Tuck pointing and block repair on Stadium walls. • Upgrade sound system and speakers. • Upgrade lighting in locker rooms to LED. • New scoreboards. • Repair/replace Flag poles. • Replace toilets, sinks, showers and stalls in locker rooms, training room, and referee room. • Replace bleachers on West field. • Replace fencing with 6 ft black vinyl fencing.
