Specifications include, but are not limited to: Requests for work made through an LES initiated email to support electric utility work performed by LES crews or their contractors. Requests will include any drawings, specifications, and required timeframes. Typically, the restoration/landscape work would be expected to be complete within 14 calendar days. Examples of the typical scope of work requested may include one or more of the following (items below are described in more detail in Appendix A): • Fill and tamp clean dirt in a splice pit or open trench. May be limited access in a back yard with a gate. • Restoration of small areas with seed or sod, including tilling, minor grading, seeding, fertilizing and straw, mulch or erosion mat as needed. • Repair or replacement of wooden, vinyl and chain-link fence or gates. • Restoration of trenches through alleys including some tamping, grading to existing grade and installation of rock to match existing alley area. • Loading, hauling, and disposal of concrete (sidewalk/driveway), dirt or rock. • Loading, hauling and disposal of shrubs and brush (tree branches) that have been piled or stacked close to a roadway. • Sprinkler line repair limited to the black poly pipe including the removal or replacement of damaged line. Larger supply/PVC pipe, wiring, etc. is excluded from this contract.
