Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified offeror to complete technical implementation, system transition, and on-going operational support of the State Level Repository (SLR) for the State of South Dakota. The State is looking for a system that has been used successfully in other states that can be easily customized for South Dakota. The winning bidder must offer, implement, customize, and support a platform similar or better than the current SLR system to coincide with the program approach of the South Dakota Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Payment Program. South Dakota is seeking a vendorhosted solution. The qualified vendor must demonstrate a seamless transition into our current operations with minimal disruption to SLR participants and program workflow.
