Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (the Department) intends to continue our engagements with Catalis Payments, LLC (Catalis) under statewide contract PRF84 for payment solutions services initiated or implemented under PRF59A. Continuing the engagements with Catalis on PRF84 represents the best value for the Commonwealth and its constituents. Eliminating internal resource constraints associated with re-platforming payment processing, reintegrating business solutions and interfaces represents a significant time and cost savings. Catalis has been involved in the development of the Department’s newly created e-Licensing system over the last year. Continuing our relationship with Catalis ensures that the Department will be utilizing the same vendor for electronic payment processing that currently interfaces with the e-Licensing platform. To onboard another vendor mid-project would severely compromise timelines for the rollout of critical planned work at the department. Catalis Payments, LLC payment solutions implementation consists of the following business processes: Processing online payments through the integration of the Bureaus’ e-licensing application by redirecting payments to a hosted web payment page provided by Catalis Payments, LLC; Daily settlement of funds; Detailed transaction reporting provided, both monthly and daily; 24/7 availability and phone support
