Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The contractor shall remove up to 25 marked and identified trees. These trees shall be marked with a blue “x” on pre-bid date. 2) The contractor shall grind stumps on any tree not located in a tree line to 4 inches sub-grade or remove stump by other means as long as it does not interfere with fairways and greens. 3) The contractor shall trim 3.75 miles of cart paths and fairways both sides, including any open areas identified and marked at the pre-bid. 4) The contractor shall leave no tree limb overhanging cart path or fairway. Trimming shall leave an even tree line with wood line. Use of an articulated tree trimmer is recommended. (Giraffe.) 5) The contractor shall chip and blow all trimmings into wood line. Any logs and debris too large to chip shall be removed from park property. 6) The contractor shall use caution to limit soil disruption and shall be responsible for recovering any disruption to its original condition including seed (chosen by golf course “perennial rye’) and straw for cover. 7) The contractor shall not at any time cross cart paths without providing matts to protect pavement. And at no time shall equipment be on or near greens and trees shall not be fell on greens.
