Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is an addition to the existing Courthouse. The Sallyport addition will be a one- story load-bearing masonry structure constructed on the east side of the existing Courthouse Sallyport entrance. The addition dimensions will be approximately 70 feet by 66 feet. Approximately 15 feet of the addition will extend under the existing building second floor overhang. The addition will contain four overhead doors for loading two buses in a vehicular sallyport. The building exterior walls will be brick veneer with CMU backup. The proposed existing sallyport area to be renovated is approximately 832 square foot which will house (1) staging area, (3) holding cells and (1) ADA holding cell; the new one-story vehicular sally port addition of 4,600 square foot will house 2 transportation buses, a new toilet including a decontamination shower, (1) sally port area, (1) storage room, and a janitor’s closet.
