Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of the Marketing/Messaging Professional is to design and begin to implement systems for ongoing communication and education of families around dual enrollment in terms of the process, the opportunities, the benefits, and the considerations. 1. Create a marketing plan. 2. Review existing processes and procedures for sharing dual enrollment information, including letters and make suggestions for changes and/or additions. 3. Create a process for holding ongoing conversations with students and parents including parent nights. 4. Biweekly meeting with the facilitation team. 5. Collaborate as needed with the Academic Support Coordinator who also works under this grant (separate contract). 6. Design a process for families to continue to receive support and information after the grant has ended. 7. Revise existing processes and procedures for sharing dual enrollment information to ensure families have the clearest information possible. 8. Coordinate updates on the district website and other social/digital media platforms.
