Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services requested in this discipline relating to the compensation structure include, but are not limited to the following: a. Complete a comprehensive survey and market analysis of the County’s compensation plan. Evaluate and recommend any adjustments. b. Perform annual review and recommendation regarding market data to include ageing the data. c. Provide recommendations regarding the compensation plan and how to achieve and maintain market competitiveness. d. Prepare on-site presentations to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) as requested or required. e. Conduct classification analysis for reclassification reviews. May perform on-site desk audits of high profile positions as needed. Potential Deliverables under this category may include, but are not limited to the following, and will be detailed in the specific Task Order: • Annual review of market data to include recommendations regarding the County’s compensation plan. • Recommendation of annual ageing of market data and ensure that pay salary ranges are competitive. • Presentation of analysis and/or recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. • Results of classification reviews and/or desk audits when requested or needed.
