Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall review the following services and codes found in DHS90743 ID.RC ABI Services: Residential service codes (RHS), Professional Parent service code (PPS), Host Home Supports service code (HHS), Day Services service codes (DSG, DSP, DSI, EPR), Supported Employment service codes (SEI, SEE), Respite service codes (RP2, RP3, RP4, RP5, RPS) Supported Living service codes (SLN, SLH), Extended Living Supports service code (ELS), Behavior Supports service codes (BC1, BC2, BC3), Companion Supports service code (COM), Transportation service code (MTP), and Personal Budget Assistance service code (PBA); evaluate the relationship between Self-Administered Services “SAS” service rates and provider rates to include “SAS” service codes for Respite (RP1, RP6, RP7, RP8), Supported Living service codes (SL1, SL2), Companion Services service code (CO1) and Daily Transportation payment service code (DTP); DVWLPHDOORZVUHYLHZWKHIROORZLQJVHUYLFHVDQGFRGHIRXQGLQ'+66XSSRUW &RRUGLQDWLRQ([WHUQDO6&( 6HUYLFHV DVWLPHDOORZVreview the Physical Disabilities Waiver and the Limited Supports Waiver service codes along with additional service codes when requested by the DHHS Finance Administrator. The Contractor shall provide DHHS with suggestions of additional codes that should be reviewed and DHHS may consider negotiating additional service codes as needed; evaluate the current DHHS Worksheets and develop new DHHS Worksheets based on the rate study; complete an analysis of rate settings in states that are comparable to Utah; submit proposals and rates based on states similar to Utah that have successfully implemented a tiered reimbursement system for rates that are currently individualized; and coordinate with DHHS staff as requested by the DHHS Finance Administrator.
