Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kitchen Remodel Demolition Existing cabinetry Countertops Wall near the exit door Soffits and drops Walls at the closet Tile floor and partial carpet replacement/repair Repair framing and sheetrock in affected areas Fix electrical and move what is necessary for new design and layout Repair tray ceiling where affected and reinstall lighting Repaint kitchen and areas impacted by the remodel Unhook and reinstall plumbing with new disposal, air switch, faucet and sink New appliances installed (style will be the City’s choice) Dishwasher 48” gas range NXR 48” stainless steel hood with venting 2 refrigerators New cabinetry construction and installation as per design to new ceiling height including: Doors and drawer fronts (style and finish will be the City’s choice). Trim, handles, knobs, toe kick, filler and molding (style and finish will be the City’s choice) Granite or commercial-grade material countertops (style and finish will be the City’s choice) Under-mount stainless steel sink including faucet and sprayer to meet code (style and finish will be the City’s choice) Construction clean up and removal of all trash associated with the project.
