Blank warrants must be printed on: • Virgin • 24# high speed laser compatible paper with chemically sensitive properties • 8 ½” x 11" cut sheet • White, 92 Bright, grain direction Long • Clean laser horizontal micro perforation, 3 2/3" from top • Printing- Process Blue 2X Iridescent, standard backer Black 2.1.1.Security features incorporated in blank warrants: • Warning banner-identifies type of paper and the security the paper has • Iridescent ink printing green-to-blue, difficult to photocopy • "VOID" hidden word feature, difficult to photocopy • True watermark paper • Chemical sensitivity • Invisible fluorescent security fibers • Screened State of Utah in the “Stub” section of the blank warrant • Upon award, a PDF file will be provided with font size etc Blank warrants must also have the following (same as or equivalent to): • Fourdrinier watermark – chain link watermark visible when held up to light • 3D high security paper that cannot be photocopied, scanned, or replicated • Paper must have toner retention properties which absorbs toner into the papersecurity feature to prevent alteration of imaged information • Two color invisible fluorescent security fibers - visible by use of a black light to prevent counterfeiting • Must have full five-family chemical sensitivity (Acid, Alkali, Bleach, Polar Solvents and Non-Polar Solvents) to prevent alteration of imaged information
