Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Bidder will furnish, install and maintain at its own expense, new washing machines and new dryers equipped with a check meter or similar device, hereafter referred to as "appliances" in such numbers as agreed in this Contract. Upon mutual agreement, the Successful Bidder also may provide machines for vending soaps, detergents and bleaches and for changing money. Reference hereafter to appliances shall include reference to such vending and money changing machines. The HPHA shall have the right to determine at any time, during the period of this Contract that any of said appliances are surplus to its requirements, whereupon said surplus appliances shall be promptly removed by the Successful Bidder at its expense.
