Specifications include, but are not limited to: The neurodivergent program is an inclusive initiative within DTS aimed at harnessing the unique strengths and talents of neurodivergent individuals to provide efficient and effective resolution of simple user ticket requests in conjunction with the various services across DTS. This program promotes diversity and inclusion as well as enhances our service quality by leveraging the specialized skills of neurodivergent team members. Tasks and Responsibilities could include but not limited to Service Desk Support; Review and perform user ticket requests passed on by a member of the Service Desk team. Apply standardized procedures and troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve the identified issues. Resolve tickets that have specific step-by-step instructions for resolution. Google Team Support; Resolve common Gmail related problems with simple instructions provided by the Google team members. Provide users with updates on the status of their tickets. Process exception requests from the Google Workspace team, engaging with ServiceNow and following step-by-step instructions. Development; Low Code/No Code Platform Development; Microsoft Power Platform; Salesforce; ServiceNow; Software Developers; Skills could include a variety of languages, including but not limited to Java, .net. C, C++, etc…; Full Stack Development; Could include a variety of skills including but not limited to UI Frameworks, Python, UX, Docker, Kubernetes, etc…; On-premise and cloud support are both desired; Major cloud platforms include but are not limited to GCP, AWS, and Azure; DevOps Support; Furthering the growth of our DevOps operations by supporting pipeline processes; Cultivate an all-encompassing CMDB within ServiceNow; DataWarehouse
