Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder must: 4.1. Be available for the fall and spring planting seasons; 4.2. Have the ability to provide “as-needed” mowing, leveling, discing, weeding, irrigating; The successful Bidder must have the following equipment and operators: 4.3. Farming/agriculture equipment: 4.3.1. Tractor; 4.3.2. Tractor implements: 4.3.2.1. Disc; 4.3.2.2. Mower; 4.3.2.3. Seeder; 4.3.2.4. Other tractor implements not specifically listed 4.4. Other dirt moving equipment not specifically listed as needed; 4.5. The contractor shall make every effort to avoid damage to areas surrounding the fields, water infrastructure, and fencing; and existing roads. 4.6. Damage caused by Contractor may be repaired by the State and costs deducted from Contractor’s billing. 4.7. All price quotes shall include the cost of equipment used, travel, labor, materials and applicable taxes.
