These videos will serve as essential resources for professional learning sessions. The Contractor will craft concise 10-minute videos that encompass edited segments showcasing teacher interviews, in-class lessons, supplementary b-roll footage, titling, graphic elements, voice-over narration, and suitable musical accompaniment. The intended outcome is to significantly improve: * Feedback garnered from professional development sessions. * Facilitation of collaborative planning sessions. * Effective implementation of instructional materials. * Advancement in district-wide literacy and math student achievement and growth scores. * Teacher retention rates. The Contractor must: * Coordination and planning of video shoots, editing, voice-over incorporation, and delivery of multiple high-quality videos. * Flexibility in accommodating MNPS' schedule requirements. * Have a minimum of two years experience in providing the requested services * Demonstrable expertise in literacy and math domains. * Production of polished videos capturing classroom instruction and teacher planning sessions. * Provision of professional-grade voice-over services. * Commitment to meeting stringent project deadlines.
