Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mast Tower Kit 3.1.1.1 Mast or mast tower must be either: 1) sectional, or 2) telescoping or 3) equipped with a mechanical lift system and a minimum of 29-32 foot in height. 3.1.1.2 Mast or mast tower must be able to handle a minimum payload of 19 lbs. 3.1.1.3 Mast must have an interlocking mast section or sections so it can be broken down into sections for easy transport (i.e., not a singular unit) or mast tower retracted/transit length must be less than 13-foot height. 3.1.1.4 Kit must have either: 1) a tripod for the mast, or 2) mast tower is nested, or 3) telescoping mast securable at base level. 3.1.1.4.1 If mast is secured by tripod, as defined in Section 3.1.1.4, then tripod must have a built-in level, base plates, telescoping legs, and a cam lock system. If bidding a mast tower, it must come with a tilt base designed for guying and temporary mobile placement or securable before raising the mast. 3.1.1.5 Kit must have all mounting hardware (i.e., pole mounts and/or side arms) for up to two (2) directional yagi antennas (round boom). 3.1.1.6 Kit must have six (6) strand guy wire or an erection kit that allows for guying (e.g., Kevlar rope), enough for guying one (1) mast tower. 3.1.1.7 Kit must include guy stakes/anchors.
