Specifications include, but are not limited to: The 2024 PCC Reconstruction Program – NW Ash Drive project includes pavement reconstruction, widening for a left turn lane, and minor utility improvements along NW Ash Drive from just south of the Prairie Ridge Sports Complex parking lot to just south of NW 18th Street in the City of Ankeny. The construction improvements include the slip-form paving of approximately 4,500 SY of 8” thick PCC Class C-SUD street pavement and 110 SY of 7” thick PCC Class C driveways. Other associated improvements include Class 10 excavation, subgrade preparation, modified subbase placement, subdrain installation, removal and replacement of storm sewer structures, minor and major adjustments to existing storm sewer structures, pavement markings, temporary surface restoration, permanent surface restoration, temporary traffic control, mobilization, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
