Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall service legal documents (hereafter referred to as “documents”) for the State of Utah (“State) and eligible users, including the Office of Recovery Services (ORS), the contracted employees from the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for ORS, and any other agency or entity able to use statewide cooperative contracts. The documents to be served by the Contractor include, but are not limited to, the following: Complaints, Paternity/Summons, Petitions to Modify/Summons, Petitions to Register Support Orders/Summons, Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, Petitions/Summons, Complaints for Support/Summons, Supplemental Proceedings, Notices and Subpoenas. As ORS is the main user, the following requirements are those of ORS. Other specific requirements from other state agencies or entities may vary. However, the entire Scope of Work applies to all eligible users.
