Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Acquire all required permits from KDHE, MABCD, etc. 2. Remove tree located where new tank to be placed as shown on attached site plan. 3. Provide and set new 2,000-gallon tank, including all anchors, equipment/fittings, decals, etc. required. 4. Provide all equipment, pumps, remote filling, vents, manual gauge, and Veeder Root monitored probe. 5. Excavate and prepare suitable sub-base for concrete pad at new tank location. Sub-base shall consist of 10-12” of crushed rock on undisturbed earth with 8” re-enforced concrete slab. 6. Bore all necessary conduit under existing drive required for power and communications connected to existing Fuel Master fuel controller. 7. Make all connections to existing fuel controller. 8. Make all connections to existing Veeder Root tank monitor. 9. Demolition of concrete and excavation to remove existing underground tank, including purging of remaining few inches of existing fuel from tank, preparing for safe removal and disposal meeting all local codes. 10. Coordinate KDHE inspection of hole. 11. Backfill and compaction of removed tank hole. 12. Place reinforced concrete back to match existing concrete lot. 13. Remove and dispose of existing pump, including demolition and removal of existing electrical. 14. File all necessary paperwork and forms required to place new system in service.
