Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Live, Responsive School Floor Plans and Campus Mapping. (10 Points) CIR mapping must include the following functionality: a. Live Incident responsive floor plans and campuses including every room, offices, all classrooms, media centers, counseling centers, gym, hallways, b. Live Incident location mapping of every staff member (including teachers, non certificated staff and administrators) at each building (district buildings and schools) by room. c. Live Incident, responsive parking lots, stadiums, fields, and all exterior space. d. Live Incident chat communication of needs, status change, medical needs, e. Live Incident updates or room clearing with live, responsive progress with visibility on maps for all personnel. 2. Multi-directional Chat and Communication: . (10 Points) CIR Solution must have the ability to easily create individual, team, group, administrative, all staff, responders, incident command, etc. chat messages during an incident at the school level (principals, teachers, staff), and at the district level. a. Multi-directional direct chat communication with local law enforcement agencies b. Multi-directional direct chat communication with local dispatch center. c. Multi-directional direct communication with Incident Command. d. Multi-directional direct communication with district, school administration and all building level staff individually, by team, or entire building. e. During an incident CIR must have in-app direct to individual, by name, ability to telephone call each individual staff and administrative members. f. During an incident, Chat must be captured, time stamped with name of individual, date, time, and location. g. All participants of Live Incidents, including dispatch, incident command, agency leadership, district administration, school administrators, teachers, non certificated staff members must have the ability to create separate chat channels as an individual or group. 3. Live Incident Building Level Status of All Personnel. (10 Points) During an incident all personnel must be able to provide ongoing status updates to administrators, each other, dispatch, incident command and other responders. a. All district personnel, must be able to provide a status update that indicates they are Safe and their location within the building. b. All district personnel, must be able to provide a status update that indicates if they are “Unsafe" and their location within the building. c. All district personnel, must be able to provide a status update that indicates if they Need Medical Attention and their location within the building i d. During a Live Incident, all district personnel must be able to change their status as their individual and class status may change from safe, to unsafe (or vise versa) and if they need medical attention. e. Unsafe Status and Needs Medical Attention must be easily identifiable by responders to enable them to respond faster with greater precision to specific needs. Campus buildings that contain individuals that are Unsafe or Need Medical Attention should be indicated on a map by color (Red - Unsafe, Blue Outline - Needs Medical Attention)
