Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct a one-story Duplex consisting of Structural wood frame; pre-engineered wood roof trusses, slab on grade concrete floor, and cast-in-place concrete footings and foundation walls. Siding will be cementitious fiber board. Roof shall be painted, steel concealed fastener roofing. Windows shall be vinyl frame complete with low-e coating and argon gas filled insulated cavity. Finishes shall be engineered vinyl flooring, and painted gypsum wall board on walls and ceiling. Contractor configured plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, millwork and electrical systems shall be according to the criteria and specifications issued in this document. Contractor shall complete all work contained in construction documents unless noted by others or already completed.
