Specifications include, but are not limited to: 25.1. Contractor shall supply Standard and ADA compliant portable restrooms and wash stations to various Indy Parks and other locations, all as directed by the City. All portable restrooms and wash stations are to be graffiti-free and constructed of poly-plastic or heavy-duty type fiberglass to prevent being blown over. 25.2. Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and perform all operations necessary to supply, service, and relocate portable restrooms under this contract. 25.3. Contractor shall be prepared to provide, at any given time, at least seventy-five (75) portable restrooms with 75% of those being ADA compliant. 25.4. Contractor shall deliver all portable restrooms and wash stations in a clean and serviceable condition. All units shall have clean legible signage. Units shall be well maintained at all times. 25.5. Contractor shall deliver units to the locations indicated in the schedule provided to Contractor by City and in a time and manner dictated by the City. 25.6. The cleaning of each unit shall be tracked by a "scheduled cleaning" sticker that shall be adhered to the inside wall of the unit and dated by the driver servicing the unit. 25.7. Contractor shall provide the number of cleanings listed on the provided schedule and/or purchase order. Any discrepancies shall be confirmed by City in writing. 25.8. When cleaning or servicing the units, Contractor shall pump the toilet and refill with fresh solution, spray the unit inside and out to remove any weather-related dirt, debris, or mud, or any graffiti, sanitize and clean the inside of the unit, restock toilet paper, paper towels (if required), and re-supply chemicals (urinal block and tablets). 25.9. At each servicing, Contractor shall check the overall unit, ventilation screens, seat, door, handle, lock, etc. to ensure proper working order. Contractor shall provide minor repairs to the units as necessary. Any unit in need of major repair or beyond reasonable in-field repair shall be immediately replaced. 25.10. City will provide to Contractor a purchase order covering each service request. While multiple locations may be linked to one purchase order, the Contractor shall submit one individually itemized invoice per purchase order.
