Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Shoot elevation of flow line of existing pipe on the East and West sides 2. Lay gravel in the ditch below flow line elevation i. 1 ft of 1 ½” gravel under each new knockout box ii. 6” of 1 ½” gravel where our 36” pipe will be laid 3. Set 2 – 60”knockout boxes, and one 5x8 combo box on the west end of the open ditch (These ha ve not been purchased, we would like this cost to be included in the bid) a. For each knockout box placed you will need to tie into existing drain pipes (See photo attached) 4. Set purchased pipe at the existing flow line elevations 5. Grout pipe into knockout boxes 6. Lay 1 ½” gravel covering each pipe joint 7. The County will be responsible for all backfilling of the newly placed pipe. (We do not want the mud that is dug out to be exported away) a. This is the only backfill we would like; we do not want any additional material imported in for backfill 8. Install risers, rings, and grates 6 inches below the edge of the asphalt
