Specifications include, but are not limited to: ▪ 1. Signage: We need 2 new store front signs for Club Salud y Bienestar and one for Studio 13 which is the name of the Zumba/Event Center. It will make the area more visible and inviting. We would need to approve the sign designs before installation. Exhibit A for examples o “Salud y Bienestar” Sign: Install a large, custom designed, laser cut steel or aluminum three-dimensional sign. It will be on the existing location of the banner which is above the door. Size is 2’ Height x 8’ width. The sign should say Salud y Bienestar with a custom logo. o “Studio 13” Sign: Install a large, customer designed laser cut steel, three-dimensional circular logo sign. It will be above the windows on wall. It should be 3’ height and 3’ width. Logo is included in exhibit A ▪ 2. Doors: Replace the 3 metal and glass entry doors with energy-efficient, black, commercial steel framed glass door that includes Protect3® Square Wire Impact resistant, fire-protective glass with square pattern (security wire embedded). Doors should include commercial grade closer; threshold, sweep, frosted glass, and new black single cylinder/thumb-turn handles and locks for added safety and energy efficiency. We currently have external steel bar doors for security but we believe that these impact resistant doors would look better and make the community feel safer while still providing protection for the store. o 2 doors, front and side exit size is 3’ Width x 6.5” Height x 1’-3/4” Depth 1 door, front studio is 3’ Width x 7’ Height x 1’-3/4” Depth. • 3. Exterior Lighting: Replace exterior lighting for 500 North wall facing lights. Nonfunctioning lights are present and need to be replaced. Light will illuminate parking lot and the entire building area. o Lights have direct power but electrical might be required. o 4x 5”-6” exterior square white LED wall lights: Downward facing, energyefficient, anti-yellowing, all-weather, automatic lights spread out across building. Exhibit B ▪ 4. Windows: Our current store front windows are small slates with metal bars behind the glass for security. We would like to replace the current windows with 2 large triple paned, commercial grade, energy efficient metal windows. The frame should be white to match building. Windows must have a slight tint for privacy since there is dancing and workouts during the day. They must be shatterproof for security. We want to be able to remove the metal bars from the store but still have a good level of security. Exhibit C o Salud y Bienestar window dimensions are 13’10” length x 5’ Height x 1.5’ Depth Workout room window dimensions are 15’ Length x 5’ Height x 1.5’ Depth ▪ 5. Metal Bench: We have one outdoor metal bench which is bolted on. We would like to paint with the same green color. Paint must be Semi-Gloss Direct to Metal Paint which is rust resistant. Exhibit D
