Specifications include, but are not limited to: The two remaining passenger elevators will be upgraded to match to the recently upgraded elevator. 2 Upgrades for the two elevators will include door operators, hydraulic power units/system replacement, car 3 top handrails, microprocessor controllers, wiring, pumps, door hardware, cab lights and fan, etc. Elevators 4 1, 2 and 3 will receive new hoist-way doors and new cab doors and coordinator hardware along with full5 height, non-contact, infrared door detector. Elevator 1 and 3 have received a new hydraulic cylinder. 6 Therefor Elevator 2 will be the only elevator needing removal/replacement of a hydraulic cylinder. The 7 three passenger elevators shall coordinate and operate as a group. Currently the Smartrise controller 8 installed in Elevator 3 does not coordinate with Elevators 1 and 2. Elevators shall be refurbished or 9 constructed sequentially, so no more than one elevator is unavailable for use at any given time. No work 10 may begin until all equipment is on site.
