Complete an equity analysis to better understand crash impacts on underserved communities and identify equitable transportation solutions. Public engagement with partnering agencies, advocacy groups, and community leaders from a variety of disciplines including transportation, public health, public policy, law enforcement, and education to identify specific safety concerns throughout Mt. Juliet. Provide best practices and innovative solutions for developing proposed implementation projects within the safety action plan. Prioritize projects based on cost and effectiveness. Review existing planning documents and policies governing the jurisdiction to identify gaps in processes, policies, and funding. Provide recommended changes within the safety action plan.
