Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport of Davenport is proposing construction of one single family home located at 1838 W 4th St Street Davenport, IA 52802. This property will be constructed using federal funding and once complete will be sold to a qualifying home owner. The City of Davenport is requesting General Contractors to submit qualifications, pricing, references, schedule and scope of work summary for the build. Appliances will be furnished by the City of Davenport and will be installed outside of the contract with the exception of the range hood which will be provided by the City of Davenport, but the installation should be included in your bid. Also, we are looking for standard quality materials for cabinets, flooring, decking, and counters. Due to project regulations, granite, hardwood floors, composite decking, or custom cabinets will not be accepted.
