Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ketchikan Gateway Borough (KGB or Borough) seeks proposals from individuals or firms to create a recorded subdivision of Lot 4A, ASLS 85-73, in accordance with all applicable requirements of Title 17 of the KGB Code of Ordinances. The deliverables that follow are intended to reflect, where applicable, the major components that are required by KGB Title 17. They are provided solely as a guide to assist respondents who may not be fully familiar with the KGB Code of Ordinances. KGBC Title 17 may require the Contractor to provide additional deliverables for the objective of this RFP to be completed in accordance with said Title. These additional deliverables will be assumed to be part of any response to this RFP and will be required to be satisfactorily completed.
