Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove and replace Mitsubishi variable refrigerant system with new Daikin as indicated on mechanical plans. 2. Remove existing energy recovery units and replace with a single outside air unit. 3. Install new duct heaters and fan as indicated on plans. 4. Contractor shall include in bid all costs of required permits for completion of work. 5. Coordinate access to site with JCCC Representative. Walk site prior to installation with JCCC and repair or replace any damaged ground, walks, etc… during installation. 6. Shut down unit(s), disconnect power, ductwork, damper actuators and piping. Contractor shall coordinate with owner any removal and reinstallation of equipment. Remove and dispose of unit(s) and all associated debris at main campus south compound with the refrigerant removed and tagged that it has been removed. 7. Contractor shall provide new refrigerant piping with same material and reinsulate all piping to match existing. 8. Contractor shall extend and reconnect power, actuators on dampers, ductwork, control wiring, and piping as required. Contractor shall provide new duct transitions as well as new duct canvas connections on each unit. 9. Confirm existing conduit and wiring is in good working order. Reconnect power feeder to each unit and extend/modify feeders as required. 10. Provide start up, including NEBB testing and balancing of new units including. Contractor is not responsible for any balancing of downstream AHU devices.
