Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of a water diversion dam at Work Area “A”; and streambed stabilization for utility protection at Work Area “B” (see construction drawings for locations). This project will include removal of an old concrete dam structure & failed gabion walls, construction of a new diversion dam weir with downstream sloping ramp made from boulders and concrete grout, placement of large boulders in various locations to stabilize the stream banks, construction of a grade control structure to protect existing water lines under the river, river channel shaping and other related work. All work shall conform to the project plans and specifications, and as directed by the project engineer.
