Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES Provide project management services that include conducting and attending meetings, managing sub consultants, monitoring overall progress and providing monthly progress reports in support of monthly billing statements. Provide meeting summary notes to City following the kick-off meeting, as well as all design and construction progress meetings. B. PRE-DESIGN SERVICES Information Acquisition/Project Kick-Off Meet with City staff on site to discuss site characteristics and overall plan. This will include topographic surveys, geotechnical studies, potholing, and other field verification, as needed. Obtain utility as-built information for the area. Condition Assessment and Technical Memorandums Conduct field inspections of each reservoir to assess the conditions of their structural systems, coatings, mechanical equipment, and other appurtenances. The City, with assistance of a Job Order Contractor (JOC), will take reservoirs out of service, drain, and clean before and after inspections. Prepare separate technical memorandums for each reservoir to present results of field inspections. Each memorandum will include the following information: o Brief summary of tank features and existing conditions. o Assessment of observed deficiencies. o Repair recommendations. o An engineer’s opinion of probably cost for rehabilitation in accordance with presented recommendations. Submit electronic copies in PDF format of the Condition Assessment Technical Memorandums for City review. Electronically submit photos from field inspection for City records. Meet with City to discuss the memorandums, engineer’s opinion of probable costs, and scope of work each rehabilitation. Prepare and distribute meeting summary notes. C. DETAILED DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT/CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Prepare detailed plans and specifications for the proposed project improvements following recommendations from the condition assessment technical memorandum and feedback provided by the City’s project manager and Job Order Contractors (JOC). 1. Review the Peoria Engineering Standards Manual for relevant design information and prepare 60% and 90% design drawings and specifications for review and comment. Meet with City staff and JOC to review design and comments after the 60% and 90% submittals. Prepare meeting minutes and distribute. Separate design document packages will be prepared for each reservoir. 2. Coordinate with JOC, as needed, to develop design drawings and specifications packages. 3. Meet with utility companies, as needed, and coordinate with pothole and survey data to develop design drawings package. 4. Prepare final contract documents and an engineer’s opinion of probable cost
