Desired Term Specifics: Initial term of 10-years with two five-year renewal options totaling a maximum of 20-years. 4. Desired Occupancy: Within six months of lease execution. 5. Parking: i. Total Number of Parking Spaces: 51 ii. Secured Parking: 10 State owned vehicles; and 12 employees iii. General Public Parking: 29 iv. Handicapped Parking as required by ADA, state, city or local ordinances. Parking to include accessible and van accessible space to be provided according to city, county and or state standards.
