Specifications include, but are not limited to: PXU is dedicated to supporting our students with as many strategies as possible. Telehealth Mental Health Care is a virtual healthcare delivery system we would like to use to support our students. The awarded service provider(s) will be able to provide our students with mental health support and treatment for a wide array of traumas. Our students are survivors and resilient. Our intent is to make recovery and support the least stressful as possible through providing Telehealth Mental Health Care to those students who choose to use it. The following services and qualifications are required: The vendor(s) selected shall provide mental health services to PXU students using a Telehealth format and notify the school Contact if any serious emergency requires the school’s immediate attention, i.e., at risk of self-harm or harm to others. Counseling can be one-time with a licensed professional with a maximum response time of one (1) day; or Counseling can be short-term or long-term with licensed professionals with a maximum return time of one (1) week. Vendor shall provide a maximum response time of 15-30 minutes for urgent matters. Vendor shall provide a minimum of two scheduled virtual sessions for referred students. Qualified assessment to determine students’ needs and therapist matching. Ability to recommend therapy depending on students’ condition/diagnosis. Licensed prescriber of medications, if needed Ability to allow parent/guardian involvement, as needed. Surveys to determine students’ satisfaction following provided services. User Friendly Client dashboard and progress tracking Self-care tools that complement the therapy Secure web/mobile app access HIPAA – compliant services and platform Work with students’ insurance providers, if the student has insurance (to continue ongoing services
