Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The work shall include technical assistance in the following areas: Support on the current electronic transfer of MVARs from county police departments and also the transition, as needed, to new Records Management Systems (RMS). Also transferring of future MVARs using a different version of the MVAR form, as needed. Crash data quality assurance to include test cases and scenarios to validate data mapping. Loading various datasets; enhancing analysis and reporting by adding integrated reports and feature-based analysis; and adding diagrams. Working with the different police departments and the TRCC to address Federal and State requirements, traffic records assessments, and recommendations that involve traffic safety. Providing technical and project management support for the client-side aspects of the project. B. Other work as agreed and approved by the State.
