Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Multnomah County District Attorney’s (MCDA) Office seeks a Contractor to provide Courier services Monday through Friday. The Courier services involve two types of Courier service: walking and driving. 1. Walking Courier - This is an all-day walking route operating a handcart between the MCDA units located on three floors of the Multnomah County Courthouse, and to and from the Multnomah County Justice Center. 2. Driving Courier – This requires an afternoon driver that picks up files and supplies from the Multnomah County Juvenile Justice Complex located within the Donald E. Long Detention Center, and delivers the items to the Multnomah County Courthouse MCDA department.
