Specifications include, but are not limited to: Johnson County is investigating potential vendors to provide fund and case management software solutions for the Johnson County AHS Department’s Outreach Services Division. This Division in AHS provides social services to low-income residents including utility assistance, rental assistance and food pantry. Services are provided at 4 locations by approximately 25 staff. This software would be used for case management including eligibility screenings, tracking services and case notes. This software would also be used for fund management including reporting for batched utility assistance payments to vendors. Additionally, Johnson County is interested in features that allow for providing capabilities to store relevant documents, obtaining electronic signatures, goal setting and tracking, reporting on client outcomes, and client budgeting.
