Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the Project includes replacing existing restroom and office with new restrooms and office, replacing the water heater and furnace, replacing exterior doors, and new flooring finish throughout the building as detailed in the Technical Specifications and Drawings (Exhibit 8). This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing restroom walls, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures per drawings and specifications. 2. New plumbing and electrical as shown in drawings and specifications, including any concrete cutting and patching where needed. 3. New walls include framing, insulation, wall heaters, finished and painted drywall, and FRP in restrooms per drawings and specifications. 4. New doors, windows, and trim per drawings and specifications. 5. New flooring and base per specifications. 6. Installation of single zone 9k BTU ductless heat pump system including programmable wall thermostat. 7. Installation of 10kw shop heater including mounting and electrical. 8. Clean-up and disposal of all debris generated from demolition and construction activities. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, debris disposal, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project described in the Contract Documents, including all permits and fees associated with the construction. The selected Contractor shall complete all the work in connection with the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor shall furnish all materials unless otherwise specified.
