Specifications include, but are not limited to: N 48th Street over Dead Mans Run Project – LTU Project 700887A This project is anticipated to be under construction in 2024 and will involve a total closure of N 48th Street between Holdredge Street and Leighton Avenue. Traffic may detour using N 56th Street and Holdredge Street, which would restrict the ability of any lane closures to perform the work related to Project C. Coordination with the City’s Project Manager will be necessary to determine if any restrictions to lanes of traffic will be allowed at any time during the completion of Project C. Leighton Avenue Rehab, N 48th Street to N 70th Street – LTU Project 705560 This project is anticipated to be under construction in 2024 and may involve phased closures of Leighton Avenue between N 48th Street and N 70th Street. Traffic may detour using N 56th Street and Holdredge Street, which would restrict the ability of any lane closures to perform the work related to Project C. Coordination with the City’s Project Manager will be necessary to determine if any restrictions to lanes of traffic will be allowed at any time during the completion of Project C. 48th Street Rehab, Leighton Avenue to Superior Street – LTU Project 705555 This project is anticipated to be under construction in 2024 and will involve restrictions to traffic on N 48th Street north of Leighton Avenue. While this project will be of short duration and will not likely have any impacts on the completion of Project C, it’s necessary to keep this in mind as the Contractor develops their schedule for Project C. Coordination with the City’s Project Manager will be necessary to determine if any restrictions to lanes of traffic will be allowed at any time during the completion of Project C.
