Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall facilitate 5 quarterly peer learning sessions for all technical assistance providers in conjunction with Business Oregon. Session durations are anticipated to be approximately 2 hours. • Contractor and Business Oregon will mutually contribute to the planning and logistics associated with each quarterly peer learning session, including agenda development, scheduling, note taking and or recording, in addition to any session follow up as determined by Department. • Contractor shall plan and facilitate 12 monthly virtual meetings for technical assistance providers to facilitate peer learning, develop cooperative relationships that enhance the technical assistance ecosystem, and build organizational capacity. • Contractor in coordination with Business Oregon shall contribute to the planning and logistics for the monthly group meetings. • Contractor shall plan and facilitate 2 peer learning cohorts for small groups of technical assistance providers.
