Specifications include, but are not limited to: YFS is looking for experienced individuals or organizations to facilitate and support the Division leadership and staff in two areas: Division Development and Planning and Event Planning. Activities that may be part of these areas include (but are not limited to): large and small event planning, facilitated problem solving conversations, and all-staff team building and strategic planning. The project goals are to support the development of a Mission, Vision & Values process for the Division; facilitate strategic planning sessions with teams in order to establish timelines for work; and guide the development of infrastructure necessary to build a cohesive, trauma-informed division where racial justice and equity are centered in our daily work and actions. The County seeks to award up to three contracts as a result of this Sourcing Event.
