Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bridgeport Board of Education (BBOE) is seeking proposals from qualified Communications and Public Relations Firms, experienced in serving public school districts, who can provide = Communications, Crisis Management and Marketing Support and related Public Relations support services to the BBOE. The services would encompass but not be limited to rendering advice, training and representation in: • Internal and external communications strategies and protocols • Risk Assessment, Mitigation & Consultation Services • Reputation Management • Full-Service Crisis Communication Planning • Crisis Communication Training for administrators and senior staff in the district • Development and implementation of crisis response plans, including training • Social Media Strategy • District Program Marketing to increase enrollment • Community Engagement Strategy and Planning • Event Planning Services
