Specifications include, but are not limited to: Temporary Equipment required for the project. (3) 21,000-gallon Frac Tanks The Tanks will have been cleaned and are able to receive Service Water. Necessary 8” hard suction hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, manifold, valving, and fittings required to connect the Frac Tanks in a parallel configuration. Frac Tanks will be staged on the East side of TBGS Water Treatment Building (See attachment for map of staging area). Necessary 8” hard suction hose (Approximately 205 ft), pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, valving, and fittings required to route Service Water from Frac Tanks to vendor supplied Electric Driven Pump with Variable Frequency Drive. The necessary 8” hard suction hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, manifold, valving, and fittings will have been cleaned and are able to transport Service Water. Necessary 8” hard suction hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, manifold, valving, and fittings required to provide a suction source from the Frac Tanks to the Electric Driven Pump in a parallel configuration. (1) Electric Driven Pump with Variable Frequency Drive able to provide 2200 GPM @ 12.2 ft. NPSHr from vendor supplied Frac Tanks to TBGS R.O. Feed Pump and Backwash Pump Suction Header. (Flowrate will vary between 278 GPM to 2200 GPM.) Pump shall have the capability to recirculate back to Frac Tanks during low flow conditions. The pump will have been cleaned and is able to pump Service Water. Electric Driven Pump with Variable Frequency Drive will be staged on the East side of TBGS Water Treatment Building (See attachment for map of staging area). Necessary 8” hard suction hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, valving, and fittings required to route Service Water from vendor supplied Electric Driven Pump with Variable Frequency Drive to installed 8" 8 Bolt Flange to TBGS R.O. Feed Pump and Backwash Pump Suction Header Connection. The necessary 8” hard suction hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, valving, and fittings will have been cleaned and are able to transport Service Water. Necessary 8" 8 Bolt Flange to connect to installed TBGS UF Filter Discharge Header Connection. The necessary 8” 8 Bolt Flange will have been cleaned and is able to transport Service Water. Necessary 8” hose (Approximately 365 ft), pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, valving, and fittings required to route Service Water from TBGS UF Filter Discharge Header Connection rated at 680 GPM @ 20 psi to vendor supplied portable Frac Tanks. The necessary 8” hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, manifold, valving, and fittings will have been cleaned and are able to transport Service Water. Necessary 8” hose, pipe, adapters, tees, flanges, manifold, valving, and fittings required to provide a fill source to Frac Tanks from TBGS UF Filter Discharge Header Connection in a parallel configuration.
