Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of New Hampshire currently holds two statewide contracts to purchase Safety shoes allowing Political sub-divisions (counties, cities, towns, school districts, special district or precinct, or any other governmental organization), or any nonprofit agency under the provisions of 501c of the Federal Internal Revenue Code to participate under this contract whenever said sub-division or nonprofit agency so desires. The State of New Hampshire has the following objectives: • To obtain market analysis on product availability, lead times, competitive pricing, and other supplier concerns. • Solicit information to assist the State in preparing a potential bid if needed. The State is seeking feedback on the information in this RFI and will consider any information, including partial responses, received in response to this RFI. If the State moves forward in the development of an RFP/RFB. The bidding process will be open to all respondents regardless of their decision to participate in this RFI.
