Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Work directly with the CS Coordinator, the Homeless Liaison, and site-based leadership team (SBLT) at each school; sit as a member of the SBLT. ● Implement the community school strategy in collaboration with the SBLT as a high leverage asset and partner within the key practice of integrated systems of support ● Ensure that needed indicators and data specific to the duties of the Community Navigator are included in the needs and asset assessment that the SBLT completes at least once a year ● Facilitate communication between partners as a stakeholder- and community-driven approach to problem-solving. ● Collect and manage data from each Navigator and guide data-informed continuous improvement ● Reviews program tools, fidelity measures, and data collection for the evaluation team with Community Navigators and their Supervisors weekly. Ensure each Navigator has a strategic plan based in the overall CS SBLT strategic plan and monitor these programmatic goals and metrics for assigned navigator sites
