Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demo existing North and Northwest sections of bleachers (material to be stacked on site for removal by owner) Replace with new bleachers (2100 seats), stairs, wheelchair spaces, ADA ramps, etc. per strict State and Local building codes and ADA Compliance. Provide clear anodized finish or powder coated risers. Provide nominal 2”x10” anodized seats. Provide 9 gauge, galvanized 2” mesh chain link guardrail system. Provide interlocking, enclosed, mill finish aluminum deck. Provide Engineer stamped drawings. Provide itemized pay applications. Successful Proposer will provide a Payment & Performance Bond at 100% of bid amount. One year warranty Clean up of site in workmanship manner.
