Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Possess and Maintain applicable licenses and permits with the State of Kansas, certified with the Kansas Department of Agriculture as a Pest Control Applicator and a Pesticide Business License. • Has the appropriate and adequate technical experience required in terms of ability to perform the IPMP, including but not limited to: labor, equipment, materials, licenses, supervision, training, insurance. • Provide a list of SDS’S for all products used on BPU properties. • Has adequate personnel and equipment to perform the work expeditiously. • Able to comply with the required written service schedule and emergency situational requests. • Has a satisfactory record of performance of an IPMP with a minimum of three references regarding previous IPMP experience. • Has adequate financial means to meet obligations incidental to the work. • Such other factors appear to be pertinent to either the bid or the contract.
