Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. CCTV System Requirements: The CCTV System shall be able to capture highquality video footage, audio data, and Wi-Fi connectivity 24 hours a day. The CCTV System shall also be able to store and manage all data collected throughout all the Department’s vehicles, facilities, and properties, which includes up to twelve (12) facilities/properties and approximately One Hundred (100) vehicles located in the City of Albuquerque. The City currently utilizes Genetec Application Software as approved by the City’s Department of Information and Technology (DTI). The Awarded Bidder shall provide Genetec Application Software or compatible software verified by the City’s DTI. B. Camera Specifications: Cameras shall be National Defense Authorized Act (NDAA) compliant Internet Protocol (IP) cameras using H.264 or H.265 codec with a minimum of 1080P resolution at 30 fps and must have a built-in microphone. Cameras must comply with transportation regulations EN50155, EN45545, and NFPA 130. Due to the City of Albuquerque’s cybersecurity requirements, the City has preapproved the following manufacturers: • Axis • Bosch • Flir (thermal) • iPro • Hanwha C. PC Specifications: The computer shall be hardened and specified for vehicle applications and meet IEC 60068-2-27. Intel Core i7-7700T minimum required with 16GB DDR4 memory. The computer shall have at least 4 PoE ports and WiFi for data offload. The computer will also need GPIO for door sensors and panic button inputs. D. Video, Audio, and Wi-Fi Management Software: The CCTV System shall include video, audio, and Wi-Fi management software that is easily accessible, searchable, viable, and audible with exporting capability. The CCTV System software shall also be able to integrate with other security systems, such as access control systems and fire, intrusion, and alarm systems. E. Storage Capacity: The CCTV System shall have sufficient storage capacity to store data for a minimum of thirty (30) days. The storage should be secure and protected from unauthorized access or theft. Data shall be accessible on a physical device if needed.
