Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Gulfport intends to employ a consulting engineering firm to provide engineering services utilizing Labor Hour/Unit Price or Lump Sum/Firm Fixed Price contract for Debuys Road Sewer Pump Station – Forcemain connection to West Biloxi Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will utilize Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure (MCWI) grant funding for repairing existing force main, associated appurtenances and re-routing wastewater from the North Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Plant to the West Biloxi Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will utilize American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 and consists of rehabilitation of existing sewer pump stations locatedin the city limits of Gulfport. The Consultant’s scope of the services includes, but is not limited to, surveying, development of construction plans/specifications, preparation of easements/right-of-way maps and deeds for purchases, environmental related services, bidding phase services, construction engineering, and inspection services.
